Register now to get the early-bird rate of $175 for individual registration by December 15, 2024. On and after December 27th, the registration fee will be $200.
For those wishing to make hotel reservations at the conference hotel, a limited number of rooms have been blocked at Conference and Government rates, so reserve your rooms early.

Vendor Exhibit Information
Indoor exhibit space will be available during the entire conference to display all applicable equipment/materials/new technology related to the paving and transportation industry. It is also anticipated that outdoor space (weather permitting) will be available on Wednesday afternoon and Thursday morning to display and demonstrate large outdoor equipment.
Exhibit space is available to vendors at the cost of $1,000.00 per table. Cost includes registration for one-person manning table.
Sponsorship Opportunities are Available!
Sponsors receive a vendor table and two registrations free of charge!
Sponsors will receive priority placement in the Exhibition Hall and sponsorship recognition at various events. To receive priority placement and sponsorship recognition, registration must be made by December 13, 2024.
